  • How far in advance do I need to book?
    Please book with at least 72 hours notice. Typically clients book one month in advance. We recommend booking as soon as you have the event’s date. We like to make this experience as special as possible for you and that extra time allows us to get creative and add special details.
  • Is the fee refundable?
    We do not provide refunds (except our refundable damage/lost items deposit!), as once an order is placed we will be working on designs, planning, communication and supplies purchase. You can reschedule your reservation with us with 72 hours notice.
  • Where can I have the picnic?
    We offer our picnic experience two stunning locations in Houston: Hermann Park and Buffalo Bayou Park. We understand that you may have a specific venue or location in mind. We are pleased to offer deliveries to your home or rented cabin/airbnb/private beach in Houston and surrounding areas to create a private and unique environment. We charge a small delivery fee, 99 cents/mile if location is more than 25 miles from zip code 77056 (Galleria). If you have the desired location in mind please let us know and we can confirm that by email. Permits in select areas may be required.
  • What happens if it rains? We're in Houston
    We are happy to accommodate a change in venue to an indoor location due to inclement weather. Otherwise, we can reschedule to another day at no cost to you.
  • How long will my picnic last?
    Our standard picnic lasts for 2 hours. Extra hours are available at an additional cost. Please see our add-ons for pricing!
  • If I'm only interested in renting event decor, is that something you offer?
    Yes! We also offer decoration styling for your Airbnb rental or hotel. Please reach out to us at htownpicnics@gmail.com.
